  • Process athlete data and compute performance metrics as configured by you.

  • Within your organization: data is shared with members of your organization according to the role-based access controls you configure (Owner, Admin, Coach, Athlete).
  • Service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With your consent: we may share information for purposes not described here with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. If a coach or organization enters data about minor athletes, that coach or organization is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent.
